Description

The Four Post Car Hoist features an electric release and a reliable mechanical safety locking system.  Its 225 mm low-profile runways allow for easy drive-on and drive-off access. Equipped with a height limit switch, it ensures the runways and cylinders operate within a safe stroke range. To prevent rapid descent caused by hydraulic leakage, the hoist incorporates a flow-control technique within the hydraulic system. The structure undergoes a surface shot blasting process and electrostatic powder spraying, resulting in strong surface adhesion and a durable powder-coated finish. It has been rigorously tested to meet 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity standards.
