The Clear Floor Two Post Lift features a manual safety lock release from one side and a bending plate-type carriage design that ensures safety and reliability. An external safety lock allows for easy inspection and maintenance, while dual limit switches enhance cylinder longevity and vehicle safety. The cylinder’s straight top design ensures smoother operation. The lift undergoes a surface shot blasting process followed by electrostatic powder spraying, providing strong surface adhesion and a durable powder-coated finish. It has successfully passed rigorous testing with 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity.
